1 oz Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan Seasoning

This one is special to me as it goes back in my family for generations, but I really think every spice blend and every meal has a story to tell.

Similar to a Ras Al Hanout, a classic Arab spice blend, but emphasizing warmer flavors. You will taste allspice, fennel and grains of paradise, and much more in this 13 spice blend. This seasoning moves to the beat of its own drum.

Moroccan Meatballs
Your favorite meatball meat seasoned with Nerdy dad Sweet Moroccan. Set thin-sliced onions, chopped dry fruit such as prunes, apricots and raisins, water, and more Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan in a sautee pan with the lids, cook medium heat until onions are wilted. Poach meatballs in the remaining liquid. Finish with slivered almonds.

Roasted Lamb with Chickpeas
Place presoaked Chickpeas, whole cloves of garlic, roughly chopped carrots in a casserole dish. Add water but not enough to cover the chickpeas. Season with Nerdy Dad Season Salt if desired.  Rub lamb roast with Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan Seasoning. Bake for about 2 hours covered with foil and finish last hour uncovered to make a crust on the lamb.

Vegan Sweet Moroccan Butternut Squash Soup
Cook Peeled Butternut squash and Spanish onion by simmering in water. Add oil or cream, salt, and Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan Seasoning and blend until smooth and creamy

Do: Use in North African and homey comfort dishes

Do Not: use to make bland food. This brings a lot of flavors and can easily overpower subtle foods
