1 oz Nerdy Dad Goulash Paprikash

Ingredients: Salt, Paprika, Spices, Garlic, Sugar


Stews are staple foods in almost all cultures. This seasoning would classically go into a Hungarian Paprika Chicken stew, but it does so much more and is a true time-saver as you can use it to season food directly or create an insanely-quick, flavorful and aromatic broth that will have your family sitting at the table ready for dinner. 

Use to balance flavor for grilling, roasting, stewing, or sauteing all of your foods. From grilling potatoes to poaching fish, goulash paprikash will give you a new perspective on paprika. 

Paprika Chicken
Coat Bone-in Chicken thighs with flour and sear in a heavy bottom stew pot, add cut carrots, potatoes, Nerdy Dad Goulash Paprikash, and water. Simmer for at least 45 min and up to 2 hours.

Baked Poached Salmon
Set salmon in a high walled and narrow baking dish, cover with a simple broth of hot water and Nerdy Dad Goulash Paprikash. Bake for 10-15 minutes until done to your liking. Drain broth and season with more Goulash paprikash. Enjoy warm or cold.

Grilled or roasted Vegetables
Cut your roasting vegetables. I like zucchini, eggplant, and sweet onions. Toss in oil, Goulash Paprikash, and a sprinkle of vinegar. Grill medium heat or roast high heat until done. Tip: for more texture take your vegetables (not eggplant) out of the heat a little earlier than usual, the residual heat will continue the cooking for a few minutes.
