Herb Roasted Potatoes
Clean and cut your favorite roasting potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces. Coat with oil and Nerdy Dad French Herb Sea Salt. Roast 375F until browned and fork-tender.

French Classic Braise (for Beef, Poultry, or even hearty root vegetables)
Season liberally with French herb sea salt and sear on high heat the main protein or vegetable in a heavy bottom pot. Add Nerdy Dad Mirpoix (slow cooked Carrots, Celery, and Onions), water and cover.
