I am chef Jonathan Chodosh, and everyone knows me as a nerd. I’ve always been a nerd, for as long as I can remember. From my days playing Magic the Gathering to my finesse at measuring the temperature of smoked meats from afar (thanks, Meater!), I am proud to be nerdy about everything, but mostly about food.
By trade, I am a food scientist, and like a lot of dads (and moms and other caregivers for that matter), I am fed up with the way that we are feeding ourselves and our children. We’re overworked, overwhelmed, and out of time and money. So I put my thinking cap on and thought of one solution.
Dips. Sauces. Hacks. Marinades. Spice Blends – items that you may not have time to finesse in your kitchen, but I’m happy to share with you. These are the things that restaurants use to prep their foods efficiently. Let me take that efficiency and quality and transfer it to your freezer, your fridge, your pantry, and your home.
I love interacting with customers, and I love sharing recipes.
