This goes back in my family for generations. Think of this as pie spice if an native north African made it. Don't be alarmed! You will not regret adding this flavor adventure to your.

Similar to a Ras Al Hanout, a classic arab spice blend, but emphasizing warmer flavors. You will taste allspice, fennel and grains of paradise and much more in this this 13 spice blend. This seasoning moves to the beat of its own drum.


Moroccan meatballs
Your favorite meatball meat seasoned with Nerdy dad Sweet Moroccan. Set thin sliced onions, chopped dry fruit such as prunes, apricots and raisins, water and more Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan in a sautee pan with the lids, cook medium heat until onions are wilted. Poach meatballs in remaining liquid. Finish with slivered almonds.

Roasted Lamb with chickpeas
place presoaked Chickpeas, whole cloves of garlic, rough chopped carrots in a casserole dish. Add water but not enough to cover the chickpeas. Season with Nerdy dad Seasoned Salt if desired.  Rub lamb roast with Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan seasoning. Bake for about 2 hours covered with foil and finish last hour uncovered to make a crust on the lamb.

Sweet Moroccan Butternut Squash soup
Cook Peeled Butternut squash and Spanish onion by simmering in water. Add oil or cream, salt and Nerdy Dad Sweet Moroccan seasoning and blend until smooth and creamy
